Professor Adiva Sifrisis co-author of ‘Family Law in Australia’ and co-author of ‘Current Trends in Same-Sex Relationships’. She has written widely in the area of family law, both in relation to child and property, with a particular focus on de facto relationships, same-sex parenting and family violence.

Bridget McKenzie spoke about issues like Qantas which are within the purview of her portfolio, her regional background, the political alliance between the Liberal and National Parties and her trip earlier this year to Israel where she demonstrated her strong support for the Jewish state and the Jewish people.

At this talk, Jeff spoke about the Australian political scene, expressing concern that our political leaders are not providing any leadership. He referred in particular to the dire financial situation facing the Victorian government. Jeff Kennett is not one who shirks controversy, being a strong opponent of political correctness.
