He is a Life Member of the ALP. Adam is an Adjunct Fellow at the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre, Victoria University. He is also Founder & Director of Blended Learning Group, which develops organisation capability through Emotional Intelligence, Communicating with Purpose, and Sales Capability. Adam is Consultant to the Australian Institute for Machine Learning, Adelaide University. In 2025 Adam commenced a weekly podcast Behind The Headlines, exploring Global, Middle East and Jewish issues, and which is broadcast on J-Air. He is Co-Founder and Board Member of the Labor-aligned think tank the John Curtin Research Centre, and Co-Founder of Labor Friends of Israel and the Australia-Israel Labor Dialogue.
